A joyful, meaningful and life enhancing week on our path to authenticity, bringing a deeper sense of meaning and purpose into our lives. This is the path of love without conditions – realising what that actually means and how to ‘be’ the love we so desire to experience. A time also to recognise and let go of what gets in our way in an atmosphere of safety and gentle holding. Discover more about how to live in a place of love, joy and peace whilst expanding our horizons, feeling free, light hearted and deeply connected.
Prices:£975 each shared bedroom, £1,375 single, £1,750 double, all ensuite, breakfast, lunch & dinner plus all sessions. One third deposit is payable on booking: £325 for shared rooms and £450 for single rooms. We will need the balance by 1st April 2025. Some generous Bursaries are available for those on lower incomes – please get in touch. Monthly savings plan also available.

The Venue: A wonderful estate with many acres of private land, beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of different places to rest and be peaceful when you need space and comfortable places to chill out with others, or relax by the fantastic pool. All for our exclusive use. We will have a choice of shady courtyard group sessions or indoor group time in the spacious lounge for enjoying uplifting teachings, great exercises and self-enquiry, meditation, singing, dance, sound healing, fun and laughter, silent times, long lazy afternoons, gentle yoga sessions and wonderful walks in nature from the door.
What to expect from your Retreat: A meaningful, satisfying time exploring enlightening themes connected with our choice to experience unconditional love. We will find out more about who we really are at the deepest level, sharing from our hearts in an atmosphere of love and acceptance. Time to blossom and grow whilst letting go of what holds us back and connecting with our heart’s desire. Learning to find the authentic place of love within us whilst relaxing with like-minded people and enjoying laughter and a sense of freedom. Your inner child will love it! Special Extras: On selected afternoons, Rebecca, who leads our wonderful dance and expressive movement session, will additionally offer her excellent Indian head massage. We also have a local Chiropractor and Masseur, Antonio, who can visit the Villa for satisfying deep tissue massage under the trees or a private Chiropractic session if needed. Our principal group work will be in the mornings after breakfast till lunchtime, special activities before dinner and time to relax after dinner. Massage, pool time or general free time in the afternoons.
What to bring: It’s usually quite hot and sunny at this time of year, though there could be a little rain, so you need to pack all or some of the following: informal, comfy clothes including for yoga, a swimsuit, sunglasses, suntan lotion or oil, your usual toiletries, any personal medication, torch, travel clock, a sun hat, casual sandals and walking shoes and socks plus a lightweight, foldable rucksack. Also remember your mobile charger lead and an adapter plug for Spanish sockets. You don’t need to bring towels of any sort or soap. You may need anti-bug spray/lotion and please pack a cardigan/ jumper or jacket for evenings. Remember only 100ml bottles of any liquids all put in a separate plastic bag of the approved sort, unless you book your flights to include checked-in hold luggage. That option costs a lot more so consider carefully – most airlines allow a small under the seat bag and a carry on case for only a little extra. You won’t need any bulky stuff. Please also bring a dedicated journal and pen, reading matter plus any art materials if you like to draw or sketch.
Travel to the Retreat Venue: You are requested to fly into Malaga Airport where there will be a private, air conditioned coach to take you to the Retreat Venue in Puerto Serrano, about 2 hours drive away, and back to the airport again. which will help to keep your journey as stress free as possible. Please check recommend flights with us before booking. Transfer costs are £39 per person each way. Verna will meet you at the airport and ensure your comfortable journey. In the case of flight delays, the driver will keep in touch with us as contingency plans will be in place.
Food preferences: Please be as relaxed as you can around your food preferences, unless, of course, it’s an essential health requirement. Let us know nearer the time if there is anything important the chef needs to be aware of. The cuisine is healthy, tasty vegetarian with lots of fruit, salads and fresh vegetables. If there are very specific food items you need, please bring them with you if transportable, as our range of specialist goods here is rather limited.
Money: In addition to your coach fares, you will need euros if you would like to have a one hour Massage at 45 euros, or a half hour Indian Head Massage from Rebecca at 30 euros, cash only. There will be a wide range of self-service teas and coffees available at all times. There are no shops nearby but we can obtain urgent items for you if needed. So no need to bring money for souvenirs!!
Insurance: Please make sure you have a fully comprehensive Travel Insurance that covers all eventualities including the possibility of having to return home for reasons of ill health. You will not be covered by ourselves or by the venue. Please also take out flight insurance when you book in case of cancellation. We will need to have a copy of your insurance documents for our reference, plus a note of your health status and medication. We will also need a note of someone to get in touch with in case of emergency.
Cancellations: If you unfortunately need to cancel your booking then the following conditions apply. If you cancel before 1st April 2025, we will refund all you have paid. After that date, the amount of the refund will depend on whether we can fill your place. If we can, we will refund the full amount paid, but, if not, we will retain the deposit. We will always endeavour to refund the maximum possible.
